For certain services or event bookings (e.g., Kumbh Mela tent accommodations, religious ceremonies, or yagnas), the following refund policies apply:
- Cancellation by the Ashram: In the rare event that Saket Dham Ashram cancels a service or event due to unforeseen circumstances, you may be eligible for a full refund or service rescheduling based on availability.
- Cancellation by the User: If you wish to cancel a booking for a tent accommodation or religious service:
- More than 30 days before the event: You may be eligible for a partial refund (subject to administrative fees).
- Less than 30 days before the event: No refunds will be provided, except in cases of medical emergencies or other special circumstances, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
3. Refund Process
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the terms stated above, please follow these steps:

5. No Refund on Tax-Deductible Donations
